Notes:  Neck - on Tuesday, it was noted that the lymph glands were swollen, but clarification indicates that there are tumors there.  Today the nurse indicated that the neck nodules are walnut sized. Gma told the nurse that it is feeling tight (when she swallows) but she has never mentioned anything about it to Duane.  (Part of that 'not' complaining attitude...)  Also, Gma is sleeping more (as the nurse said she would be doing more of) now that her body is starting to feel the real stresses as the cancer travels.  She nodded off to sleep in her chair most of yesterday morning and slept for 3 hours yesterday in the afternoon.  I woke her up about 4:45 pm, to check on her.  We had supper, and she went to bed about 2 hours later...
