Notes:  

Lungs -- Rales Front right lower; lesser rales in posterior lower (normal for Gma).  

Legs -- slight welling in both legs (lower).  

Tumor -- Anna was able to feel the size of the tumor, she says it is huge.  The front (top) measurement remains about the same, but then, as she felt it, it seems to have grown a lot inside and downward.
