Gma's Status

Hey All,

I arrived at Sunshine Terrace this morning and found Gma just reading the newspaper at the Nurse's station.  She was alert and happy, though a little diminished (subdued) in her expressions and mannerisms.

When we got her home, she had a bit of trouble getting from the wheelchair to her chair - indicating that she is loosing muscle tone in her legs...  But, still, happy to be home...

Her portable oxygen tank had run out of air...  But when she was home and I got her O2 Concentrator all hooked up and working again, I checked her O2 level, just as she was getting air from the concentrator, and it read 89 and 90, so, she was doing quite well on her own...
