Wednesday
When I arrived this morning I found Gma at the kitchen table waiting for me to arrive.
She was bright and cheerful.
I noticed that she had made her bed too...
After breakfast I helped/watched her walk back into the front room. Now that was painful. She was really struggling to walk - and good thing she was only going to go 'that' far.
I have been playing some soothing (New Age) music this morning. She has been 'reading' the newspaper, which consists (mostly) of her snoozing in her chair with the paper in her hands and head bowed in slumber. Occasionally I see one of her feet move - more out of a nervous habit than a conscious effort.
We are not expecting any visitors today. I am all worn out and don't feel I have enough gas to go to the gym...
And so, here we are....
