o Crackling in posterior side of lungs. Overall, diminished lung capacity

o Complaint of "bump" in upper right arm.  Couldn't be felt by nurse.  It comes and goes.  We'll keep an eye on it since some lymph nodes also run through the arm

Mom is getting tired more easily and wants to sleep more and more.  (She nods off a lot while sitting in her chair).  She even asked the nurse if it is OK if she wants to sleep all day.  The nurse said that would be just fine.

Mom seems to be pretty perky in the mornings but struggles in the afternoons.

Maybe we really will let her sleep the afternoons away!  She commented that if she did that, it wouldn't be any fun for me -- which is funny because she still feels the strong need to 'entertain the guests' whenever anyone is here.  I told her that she doesn't need to stay awake for me because I have many things that I need to do on the computer or outside or up-town.
