That is interesting, does grandma not care for Anna? The white coat syndrome.

-----

Shane, it would appear that may be the case...

With Anna, Gma feels no privacy -- since Anna needs to check and measure how things are progressing (all for the reports to Medicare(Hospice)).

Anna is good, but thorough and she needs to always look for the bad, the failing, the problems.  She does this to protect the patients from the government 'bean counters', who only see the numbers on the page, and not the patient.

White Coat Syndrome? -- yah, probably...  That must be where I get it from!  :-)

Duane,

Thanks for letting me/us know about what she needs to do. So that Gma, can continue getting the medical care she needs. I glad their are people who are enough, to do a tough job like hers. I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it.

I would also like to thank you and Pam again, for all that you do for Gma.
