I was going to write several times to describe some things, like:

I came in the other morning and Gma asked how I slept, and I muttered something about 'not very well'.   And she said, "Oh, that's nice"...
So, either she really didn't hear what I said or she is not connecting things together...  This sort of thing has happened several times during the past few months, but it is increasing in occurrences.  At least she is cheerful...

I also missed reporting (I think) about a morning where she told me that someone had moved/bumped her bed just before she awoke.  I've told a couple of people, but not sure I've shared that with the whole group.  If I have, sorry, you get a double dose...

Some days when I come in, I see that the blind on the front door is up.  I always 'swear' that I remember pulling it down the night before.  Either I'm loosing it, or we really are having visitors at night (from the other side).

Some days she's real alert and gets around well, and other days....
This week started out good, then turned downward for a couple of days....

Sharri will be arriving tomorrow afternoon and will stay 'til Monday afternoon.
Thanks Sharri.  I have almost needed to call the Social Worker to arrange for Gma to have a 'respite' visit at one of the homes.  It would be more for me than for her...  Hospice allows for the care giver to have 5 nights (and days) to have a 'rest' while the 'patient' is cared for in a facility  (Sunshine Terrace or Logan Nursing Home).

OK, I gotta quit rambling and hit the 'send' button.

Happy Easter Everyone.....
