29-Mar 12:45 PM Nurse: Anna
BP 142/84
Pulse 108
O2 94% 84%
Temp 97.6
Resp 28 36
Notes:
Gma mentioned that she is feeling 'something off' with her dentures. The nurse looked/felt and says she thinks Gma is loosing weight in her face and that the dentures are not fitting as they once did. She suggested that Gma remove them during the times she is actually not eating. (Not sure that she will actually do that...)
Also, the nurse is seeing that Gma is really struggling when she gets up and moves around. She gave me the 'Morphine talk' -- about perhaps we are almost getting to the point that Gma will need it in order to breath (better).
Without O2 -- going and coming to/from that bathroom for her bath: O2 decreased to 84% and respiration increased to 36 (Lots of huffing and puffing).
Even after lunch, Gma almost couldn't walk in to her bedroom to lay down for a nap.
