So, Gma mentioned the other day about how she'd like to have some corn bread.... (I have no idea where that came from). So this morning I finally had all the ingredients and some time - and made up some muffins and a small loaf of corn bread -- oh, and some honey-butter.
We're gonna try them out in about 30-60 minutes with our lunch....
Most of my experience with made-at-home corn bread is rather crumbly. I have no glorious expectations of restaurant type corn bread. I suspect lots of asking and trails will be required for that!
