Duane,
Will they take mom's oxygen using room air?
My cardiologist started to take mine on room air to see what that stat really is. This may make a difference for the gov't stat trackers watching the reports. Mom wouldn't need to be off the oxygen for just a few minutes for that reading.
Just wondering.

Yes, they do, on occasion, take her O2 without the aid of the O2 concentrator. The nurse wants Mom to be on room air for at least 10 minutes before she checks it that way.

The nurse will say what reading she gets (and it is about what I have been getting) but I don't record it.

I also check her O2 Saturation level at times, when I notice that she hasn't had it on for a while... The readings I get are 88-92% without...
