This is a photo of my Pen that has had many uses. It was originally built for a Dog Pen. We had a Rat-tail Terrior called Spot. She was given to Dad/Grandpa and me by a friend. Spot had a baby doggy, forgotten for the moment his name, but he had a beautiful tail, not like his mother. When we let them out of the pen, they wold swiftly run away and come back. They were pretty--reddish brown in color.
Then the pen was used for Rabbits, then chickens. We even had a pair of Pheasants. We had to obtain a Permit to have them because they are a Wild Species. They had a Baby Pheasant, but we failed to separate the Male Pheasant from the Hen Pheasant and her Baby. He chased and caught the Baby and killed it. Sadly. Don't remember what we did with the pheasants after that. We had some small white Doves. They were tiny and pretty. We kept them in a small cage inside the pen. Then the pen was used for Pigeons. We had both Rollers and Homers. We had a new pen built for the Homers. Now, the Homer Pen has been moved over to Paradise and the Roller Pen is empty. That's the Story of the Pens.
